Everything was good, excellent location just next door to Porto's old town where most tourists congregate, bus station / train station, and Porto, fairly nice experience. The staff and the owner were all very helpful and top-class. We had the deluxe king room which was air conditioned with private bathroom.

This place is in a fantastic location, very close to a funicular station, and the staff are exceptionally nice. The rooms are tidy and come with a private bathroom and extras like ear plugs.

I gotta say, I really got my money's worth at this place! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Plus, the location was spot-on, close to the bus station and a short walk to the shopping mall. The staff was super friendly and always available, even in the middle of the night. And the best part? The extra level of security with the bell system at the entrance. Safe and sound!
As for the breakfast option, it could use a little improvement. Maybe adding more variety to the menu would make it even better.

Modern facilities in a traditional building, great location near tourist venues and easy access to transportation. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower.
No lift facilities and had to climb stairs with large travel bags. Some noise from common spaces and bad wifi network in the room.

Anna
The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old city centre. It is close to everything, including the shopping quarter and the spectacular riverside, which is just a 15-minute walk away. The room was clean and the staff provided daily cleaning service.
The room lacked a window, which may not be convenient for longer stays.

Modern facilities in a traditional property, comfortable bed, lashings of hot water in showers. Excellent location in the hub of activity, close to tourist venues, ancient city walls, and Gaia and Riberio areas.- Plenty of excellent value places to eat day or night locally.
No lift facilities, be prepared to climb stairs with large travel bags. Wi-fi not provided in some rooms, only available in the main office.
